Evidence in Colorado: A Practical Guide

How the judge rules on your objections determines what evidence the jurors hear … and what they do not. Knowing the Rules of Evidence is vital to your case and to your practice, regardless of your practice area. This program and book are your practical guide in the courtroom—covering common, and not-so-common, evidentiary issues, so you … and not your opponent … get to decide what the jury hears.

Evidence in Colorado: A Practical Guide is a convenient reference for identifying the foundations and techniques you will use to introduce evidence at trial. Sample examinations show you how to put each technique into practice. Trial judges and experienced litigators across a wide spectrum of practice areas wrote the chapters, which make Evidence in Colorado applicable to you, whether you are a new or experienced practitioner.
