Collaborative Law Training: Level One
A team approach to meeting parties' needs to resolve disputes.
This course seeks to present the collaborative process to professionals who are interested in a comprehensive process that creates an environment in which the focus is meeting the needs of both parties and problem solving without litigation. This course is designed to provide a review
of the collaborative process and address the nuts and bolts of how to conduct a collaborative process. The course will also review critical skills needed to engage in the collaborative process. The program will be a combination of lecture and interactive learning.
