About the Pre-Conference Trial Practicum:
Join judicial officers and experienced practitioners for the Family Law Institute’s first hands-on trial practicum. The Pre-Conference Trial Practicum will focus on effective courtroom techniques for family lawyers of all skill levels! The Pre-Conference Trial Practicum will include small workshops grouped by skill level focusing on one fact pattern. The Practicum will focus on tools and techniques for effective and efficient direct and cross-examination of parties in a dissolution of marriage case along with examination of an expert.
In the workshops, participants will have an opportunity to role-play and practice their technique while the faculty members will be able to provide individual attention and feedback. There will also be time for discussion and instruction from some of the most knowledgeable family law judges and litigators in Colorado!

Don’t miss this opportunity for one-on-one instruction that will improve your trial skills!
