For years employers have tried to find ways to reduce employee conflict and lawsuits.  One of the most successful tools to achieve this goal is the design and implementation of an effective conflict management system that goes beyond the traditional “open door” policy or a simple arbitration clause.
 

Mountain States Employers Council in cooperation with the Alternative Dispute Resolution Section of the Colorado Bar Association and Colorado Bar Association CLE and with the support of the Colorado Council of Mediators offer this half-day primer to introduce the revised edition of the Employment ADR Manual of the ADR Section which is designed to provide basic information and insight to present day ADR options in the employment setting from employers that are currently using proactive and innovative ADR programs in the workplace.  CEO's, corporate officers, human resource directors, in-house counsel and attorneys who advise on employment law issues will find this program informative and filled with real life, in the trenches knowledge.
