Elder Abuse

Abuse and exploitation of the elderly is reaching epidemic proportions in America. Surprisingly, very often the abuse is committed by a member of the victim's own family, or within the confines of a long-term care facility. Unfortunately, prosecution of such crimes is very limited. It is critically important for all of us to be aware of this problem, and learn how to address it properly.
