Jacqueline M. Benson, Esq.

Jackie provides strategic representation in business planning and formation, financing, mergers and acquisitions, asset sales, corporate governance, state and federal securities compliance, and restructurings. She assists with commercial negotiations, drafting and execution of contracts, and development of long-term growth and development plans. She represents entrepreneurs and investors in venture capital financings and advises clients on deal structuring, due diligence, and exit strategies. She has experience with securities litigation and commercial disputes.
A seasoned financial professional, Jackie has represented clients before the Securities and Exchange Commission and Public Company Accounting Oversight Board. Jackie has also completed the 40 Hour Mediation training course and helps mediate business and securities law disputes.
Ms. Benson is a partner with Moye/White in their Transaction Section and the Vice Chair of the Securities and Capital Markets Group. She earned her M.B.A. and J.D., cum laude, from the University of Houston.
